Nothing shown in this vid is a hi-ougi. It's the new Burst Artes added to Tales of Vesperia. Level 1 of overlimit your artes come out faster Level 2 of overlimit you can cancel any arte Level 3 you perform Mystic Arte Level 4 you are invulnerable. All you are seeing are the new burst arte abilities and of course the replacement for the Field of Fonon system in Abyss. When that blue or green symbol comes around an enemy you press right trigger at the right time and you kill any nonboss.

go to the gamespot forums of this game, I found out almost everything I know about vesperia and a lot of games there. People founds out stuff for you instead of founding it out yourself :D...lol, jk, they are really halpful and I thank them :)

is not a hi ougi, hi ougis are done at level 3 of the overlimit bar, she only used 2...well, atleast that what I heard/read
