１・道具の２０番目をセレクトBB
２・野生のポケモンにあってポケモン→用意しておいたポケモンにA→逃げる
３・動画で話しているギャンブラーに話しかける
別のトレーナーでも出来たと思います。

something was definitely planned for oak, because here, he has a charizard, but in r/b, he has a blastoise. in my opinion, that shows that they wanted the player to fight him in both games, but were unsuccessful for some reason.

Is it me, or does this seem to be the culmination of multiple glitches put together? I've never really explored all the glitches in these old games, but I presume that this means that Oak might've been the intended champion? Also, I'm never watching this vid again. I've never seen that Charizard sprite before, and I never want to see it again.
